Emails not arriving

FlowRota emails not arriving

Contact us first

If you are not receiving FlowRota emails, please contact us immediately and include the email address you use for FlowRota and your email provider, such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, BT Mail, or your work email provider.

FlowRota emails are sent from notifications@flowrota.com . If a welcome email, password reset email, login code, rota notification, or other FlowRota email has not arrived, it may have been moved to your spam, junk, promotions, other, or quarantine folder by your email provider.

Quick checks

Before requesting another email, please check the following:

  • Check your Spam , Junk , Promotions , Other , or Quarantine folder.
  • Search your mailbox for notifications@flowrota.com or FlowRota .
  • Add notifications@flowrota.com to your contacts, address book, or safe senders list.
  • If you find a FlowRota email in spam or junk, mark it as Not spam or Not junk .
  • If you use a work email address, ask your IT provider to allow emails from notifications@flowrota.com .

Gmail

If you use Gmail, FlowRota emails may appear in Spam, Promotions, Updates, or All Mail.

To check for FlowRota emails in Gmail:

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. In the left menu, click More .
  3. Open Spam .
  4. Search for FlowRota or notifications@flowrota.com .
  5. If you find the email, open it and click Report not spam .

To add FlowRota to your Gmail contacts, open a FlowRota email, hover over the sender name, and add notifications@flowrota.com to your contacts.

Outlook, Hotmail, Live, and Microsoft 365

If you use Outlook, Hotmail, Live, or Microsoft 365, FlowRota emails may appear in Junk Email, Other, or Quarantine.

To check for FlowRota emails:

  1. Open Outlook or Outlook on the web.
  2. Go to Junk Email .
  3. Search for FlowRota or notifications@flowrota.com .
  4. If you find the email, open it and choose Not junk .

To allow future FlowRota emails, add notifications@flowrota.com to your safe senders list. In Outlook on the web, this is usually found under SettingsMailJunk emailSafe senders and domains .

Yahoo Mail

If you use Yahoo Mail, FlowRota emails may appear in your Spam folder.

To check Yahoo Mail:

  1. Open Yahoo Mail.
  2. Open the Spam folder.
  3. Search for FlowRota or notifications@flowrota.com .
  4. If you find the email, open it and select Not spam .

To help future emails arrive, add notifications@flowrota.com to your Yahoo contacts.

Apple Mail and iCloud Mail

If you use Apple Mail or iCloud Mail, FlowRota emails may appear in Junk.

To check Apple Mail or iCloud Mail:

  1. Open Apple Mail or iCloud Mail.
  2. Go to the Junk folder.
  3. Search for FlowRota or notifications@flowrota.com .
  4. If you find the email, move it to your inbox or mark it as Not Junk .

To improve delivery, add notifications@flowrota.com to your Contacts app.

AOL Mail

If you use AOL Mail, FlowRota emails may be placed in Spam.

To check AOL Mail:

  1. Open AOL Mail.
  2. Go to the Spam folder.
  3. Search for FlowRota or notifications@flowrota.com .
  4. If you find the email, mark it as Not spam .

Add notifications@flowrota.com to your AOL contacts to help future FlowRota emails arrive.

BT Mail

If you use BT Mail, FlowRota emails may appear in Spam or may be filtered before reaching your inbox.

To check BT Mail:

  1. Open BT Mail.
  2. Check your Spam folder.
  3. Search for FlowRota or notifications@flowrota.com .
  4. If you find the email, mark it as Not spam .

Add notifications@flowrota.com to your contacts or safe senders list if available.

Sky Yahoo Mail

Sky email accounts often use Yahoo Mail. If you use Sky Yahoo Mail, check your Spam folder for FlowRota emails.

To check Sky Yahoo Mail:

  1. Open Sky Yahoo Mail.
  2. Go to Spam .
  3. Search for FlowRota or notifications@flowrota.com .
  4. If you find the email, mark it as Not spam .

Add notifications@flowrota.com to your contacts to help future emails arrive.

Virgin Media Mail

If you use Virgin Media Mail, FlowRota emails may appear in Spam or Junk.

To check Virgin Media Mail:

  1. Open your Virgin Media Mail account.
  2. Check your Spam or Junk folder.
  3. Search for FlowRota or notifications@flowrota.com .
  4. If you find the email, move it to your inbox or mark it as Not spam .

Add notifications@flowrota.com to your contacts or approved senders list if available.

Proton Mail

If you use Proton Mail, FlowRota emails may appear in Spam or All Mail.

To check Proton Mail:

  1. Open Proton Mail.
  2. Go to Spam .
  3. Search for FlowRota or notifications@flowrota.com .
  4. If you find the email, move it to your inbox or mark it as Not spam .

You can also create an allow filter for notifications@flowrota.com so future FlowRota emails are delivered to your inbox.

Zoho Mail

If you use Zoho Mail, FlowRota emails may appear in Spam.

To check Zoho Mail:

  1. Open Zoho Mail.
  2. Go to the Spam folder.
  3. Search for FlowRota or notifications@flowrota.com .
  4. If you find the email, mark it as Not spam .

Add notifications@flowrota.com to your contacts or allowed senders list if available.

Work email addresses

If you use a work email address, your employer or IT provider may use additional filtering before emails reach your inbox. This can include spam quarantine, security filtering, link scanning, or blocked sender rules.

If you cannot find the email, ask your IT team to allow emails from:

  • notifications@flowrota.com
  • flowrota.com

If your IT team needs more information, please contact FlowRota and include your email address and email provider.

Still not receiving emails?

If you have checked your spam folder and added notifications@flowrota.com to your contacts or safe senders list, but FlowRota emails still are not arriving, please contact us .

Please include:

  • Your FlowRota email address
  • Your email provider, such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, or BT Mail
  • The email you expected to receive, such as a welcome email, password reset, login code, or rota notification
  • The approximate time you requested or expected the email
