Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection. FlowRota also attempts to remove known first-party analytics and advertising cookies and browser storage. It does not automatically erase information already sent to a provider before consent was withdrawn.

Analytics technologies
Analytics is optional. When you consent, FlowRota uses Google Analytics and PostHog to understand visits, navigation and use of the website. This helps us identify technical problems and improve pages and features.

Information collected through analytics
Depending on the event, analytics information may include the page visited, referral source, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, session or device identifiers, and interactions such as clicks. We do not use Analytics consent as permission to collect information entered into private form fields.
Marketing and advertising measurement
Marketing storage is optional. When you consent, Google Ads may use first-party cookies and local storage to remember ad-click information and measure whether advertising leads to visits, registrations or other conversion events.
